These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of rozdeba.com (the “Site”) and any worksheets, templates, guides, or other materials you download from it (the “Materials”), provided by Rozdeba Brand & Co. (“we,” “us,” or “I”). By using the Site or downloading the Materials, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or the Materials.

The Site and the Materials—including all text, frameworks, the eleven human truths, worksheets, and design—are the intellectual property of Rozdeba Brand & Co. and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 4, these Terms transfer no ownership or rights to you.
When you provide your name and email address to receive the Materials, we handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy, and we send commercial email in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
The Materials and the content on the Site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not business, marketing, legal, or financial advice, and using them does not create any advisory or professional relationship between us. Branding and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we make no promise or guarantee of any particular result.
